PENNSYLVANIA---The American Jewish Museum of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh explores contemporary Jewish art with programs that facilitate dialogue about art, philosophy, and culture. It's newest exhibition, "A Stitch in Jewish Time: Provocative Textiles" explores how exceptional contemporary artists apply their skillful creativity to the ever evolving understanding of Jewish values. The exhibition, ending July 28 was originally organized by Laura Kruger, Curator of the Hebrew Union College Museum in New York City. [link]
